Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.
Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if the business has begun performing the contract after the consumer
- has expressly agreed that the seller may begin performing the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and
- has confirmed their understanding that, by giving this consent, they forfeit their right of withdrawal once the seller begins performing the contract.
Note
The digital content is made available to the consumer immediately after the order process is completed.
Withdrawal Form
A withdrawal form is required by law.
For contracts for digital content in which the right of withdrawal has expired prematurely pursuant to Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the withdrawal form does not apply.
